What personal data we collect and why<\/h2>\n<h3><em>Booking data and account information<\/em><\/h3>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"11\">When you create an account, register your interest in performing, or join our waiting list, we store:<\/p>\n<ul data-path-to-node=\"12\">\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"12,0,0\">Username and email address.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"12,1,0\">Which event you have registered your interest in.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"12,2,0\">Your booking status and the time at which you registered.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"13\"><b data-path-to-node=\"13\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Legal basis:<\/b> We process this information in order to fulfil our contract with you (manage your bookings and waiting-list positions) and based on our legitimate interest in administering our events.<\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"13\">On <a href=\"https:\/\/dev.vgkomiker.se\/en\/mitt-konto\/\">My Account<\/a> you can view and edit your personal information.<\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"13\">On <a href=\"https:\/\/dev.vgkomiker.se\/en\/evenemang\/mina-bokningar\/\">My Bookings <\/a>you can view all booking data currently associated with your account.<\/p>\n<h3><em>Cookies<\/em><\/h3>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"17,0,0\">When you visit our login page, we set a temporary cookie to check whether your browser accepts cookies. This cookie is deleted when you close your browser.\n\nWhen you log in, cookies are created to store your login information. These cookies remain for 2 days, or 2 weeks if you select \u201cRemember Me.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:heading --><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:heading --><\/p>\n<h2><\/h2>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Booking history is deleted or anonymized some time after the event has taken place.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"27,2,0\" class=\"translation-block\"><b data-path-to-node=\"27,2,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">User Profiles:<\/b> For users who register, we store the personal information provided in their profile. All users can view, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except for their username).
